The youth ministry program of Pallottine Teenage Federation is designed to help parishes structure a parish teen program. The parish program remains autonomous to address the specific needs of its community. Each parish is encouraged to come together with other Pallottine Teenage Federation groups on a regular basis to enhance their faith and social experience.
(Mission Statement)
St. Vincent Pallotti 1795-1850
It is with much prayer, continued diligence and great joy, that we would like to announce that PTAF is taking steps to reopen the Vincent Pallotti Center and some of our program events.
This past year has been very difficult for all of us. As we look back on all the hardships, missed activities, separation and for some health issues, our hope is to begin anew; building on the past but looking ahead. We do not know what the future will bring to us but we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Throughout this time we have looked to the Archdiocese of New York for guidance and leadership. We are beginning to see some degree of an "opening" of youth ministry events in the Archdiocese and with caution we are preparing to do the same.
Our retreat center has been completely disinfected and we have instituted social distancing precautions. Our meeting and sleeping areas are being adjusted to maintain safe occupation and will continue to look at ways we can keep all who participate healthy and safe.
So very soon we will be posting dates of retreats and program events that we hope you consider attending.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
May God bless you all and we ask the Holy Spirit to guide and protect our efforts.
